How to decide:

• Choose the 48A model if you drive a standard EV (like an IONIQ 5, Equinox) or a Tesla Cybertruck/3/Y. Most of these cars are capped at 11.5kW, so they cannot draw the extra power of an 80A station.

• Choose the 80A model if you drive a pickup or an EV with an onboard charger that supports 19.2 kW limit.
