SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. We aim to ship promptly so your EV charging equipment arrives without delay.

Installation quotation requests are handled separately and depend on the availability of independent electricians. Their goal is to respond to installation quotation requests within 5 business days.

These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipments are sent through Shopify’s partner carriers in Canada, including Canada Post, Purolator, and other trusted delivery services. Standard delivery times range from 3–9 business days depending on destination, with most orders in major cities arriving within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimations only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural events, or carrier network outages (force majeure). All shipments remain subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

3. Pricing & Free Shipping

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $400 CAD or more when shipping costs do not exceed $50 CAD.

In rare cases where carrier rates for a shipment exceed this threshold, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm any additional fees or discuss alternatives. No additional shipping fees will be charged without your prior consent. If you decline the surcharge, we may be obliged to cancel your order.

Shipping charges for orders not meeting the free-shipping criteria will be calculated at checkout. Final shipping fees are always displayed before completing your purchase.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship to most regions in Canada. However, certain remote destinations are excluded when shipping rates become prohibitive. These include:

  • Air-stage or true remote communities

  • Remote rural destinations or “additional-charge postal codes” as defined by carriers

  • Nunavik (Northern Québec)

  • Nunavut

  • Yukon

  • Northwest Territories

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Eligibility is determined based on carrier surcharges and destination classifications such as air stage, remote, beyond destination, or additional charge zone. Our checkout system may automatically block orders to postal codes identified as ineligible or subject to extreme surcharges.

5. Signature Requirements

A signature is required upon delivery for all EV chargers. This ensures secure receipt of high-value equipment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Carriers may vary in how they verify signatures, but a signed handoff is required in all cases.

6. Partial Shipments & Backorders

If an order includes multiple items and some are temporarily out of stock, available items may be shipped first, with outstanding products delivered once restocked. You will receive updates by email or Shopify notifications as needed.

7. Inspection & Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order when it is delivered. If the package appears damaged, make a note with the carrier at the time of receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier and support you throughout the resolution process.

8. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or incurs carrier correction charges due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply. Risk of loss transfers to you only upon delivery to the shipping address.
